DIRECTOR / LEAD ARBORIST
Toby is a fully NPTC-qualified tree surgeon with over 20 years of experience in the UK, Australia, and Thailand.
Toby is very knowledgeable on all aspects of tree care and health. He is the main climber and carefully coaches Ryan in Arboriculture.
Toby had a short break from Tree Surgery where he pursued his love of agriculture managing farms in Worcestershire and Scotland from 2013 - 2019. In 2018 Toby won the best commercial sheep flock in the Cotswolds and is a very talented shepherd.
Toby’s passions outside of work include his two children, Tree Climbing competitions, motorbikes, walking, and traveling.
TOBYS QUALIFICATIONS:
NPTC - Level 2 manual fed woodchipper.
NPTC CS39 - Chainsaws can be used from rope and harness.
NPTC CS38 - Level 2 - Tree Climb and Performing Aerial Rescue
NPTC Level 2- Competence of chainsaw and related operations.
Level 2 - Safe application of pesticides.
Cs41 - Undertake sectional felling operations.
Level 3 - Award in aerial tree rigging
ROSPA - Health and Safety for Managers
Emergency first aid at work.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR / GROUNDWORKER
Hannah works in the office and out on-site.
Hannah’s passions outside of work include her two children, walking with her dogs and training dogs, traveling and her horse Duke.

GROUNDSMAN / ARBORISTRyan joined the team end of 2020 and has completed his training in all aspects of tree services. He is now working alongside Toby as his right-hand man gaining experience in all aspects.
Ryan previously worked at Tallis Amos group as an agricultural engineer and is very experienced with our machinery.
He is a keen rugby player in his spare time along with doing recreational climbing.

Christmas Tree “Chip for Charity”
Every year we raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital - a cause close to our hearts.
“Chip For Charity” runs in January and visits local villages chipping Christmas trees for £5 a donation. The wood chip is donated to local allotments and all money raised goes to Great Ormond Street. If you would like to find out more get in touch!
