Meet the Team

  • DIRECTOR / ARBORIST

Toby is a fully NPTC-qualified arborist with over 20 years of experience all over the UK and Australia, he also works closely with city and guilds as an assessor for various industry-based qualifications.

Although working on growing the business Toby is also still a large part of day to day operations.

Toby’s life outside of work includes spending time with his daughter, Tree Climbing competitions, motorcycles and generally anything outdoors!

  • Apprentice Arborist.

Ollie is our new apprentice! He joined us in summer 2025. He’s currently studying arboriculture at Pershore college one week a month and the remainder of the month he’s with the team on the tools. Before his apprenticeship he studied horticulture at Pershore college. His enthusiasm and eagerness to learn is second to none!

Ollie is a keen scout and working towards being a leader, he also has interests in photography and spends his free time walking his dogs.

  • ARBORIST / TEAM LEADER

Ryan joined the team at the end of 2020 and has gone from strength to strength in all aspects of the company with a key emphasis on growing his arboriculture portfolio – Ryan is a talented climbing arborist and a team leader.

After previously working at Tallis Amos group as an agricultural engineer Ryan is very experienced with machinery operation and repairs.

He is a captain of his rugby team in his spare time along with competing in tree climbing competitions and generally having fun!

  • ARBORIST / OPERATIONS & MEDIA MANAGER

Phil has been a key part of the business since the start, working full time and part time along the way, He works within the company both on site – growing his qualification portfolio and behind the scenes in the office as operations and media manager.

Phil has experience in business and customer relations after owning and running his own enterprise "Phils craft butchery" combining his talents as a brilliant cook and butcher to create a local small business.

He was a keen rugby player (now just an avid fan) in his spare time along with cooking and spending time with his 2 daughters.

  • We have a select few other team members / sub-contractors who work alongside us from time to time (some more frequent than others!) that provide us with services and machinery that would not be viable for us to adopt in house.
